CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the HED, was established in June 2002) is a professional IC design company, of which the predecessor was Beijing Integrated Circuit Design Center (established in 1986) under the former Ministry of Electronics Industry. With many years of design and application development practice, HED had become one of the most comprehensive and widely used companies in smart card chip and WLAN chip with pretty high marketing share in variable application field.
